opportunity.
- Have the required skills for the position.
- Have satisfactory references from previous employers.

Skill testing
before hiring employees:Technical professionals
will either have proved their skills during previous placements
or will have tested and verified their technical skills through
our partnership with Brainbench™. This is in addition to a
phone interview and in-person interview. So you can be sure you're
getting an employee with the technical and interpersonal skills
necessary for the job. We also offer ongoing technical training
and distance learning for our technical professionals.

Performance
monitoring: Landmark provides full support
for our technical professionals and monitors their performance on
a continual basis to ensure we are providing our clients with the
highest levels of service in the staffing industry. A Landmark representative
will contact the hiring manager after the first day, week, and month
that a
technical professional is on the job. This regular communication
between the client manager and Landmark promotes resolution of issues
and allows us to recognize and re-hire our best performers.
