Offshore Model
Hybrid working model with a small onsite team will work at the customer’s location while a larger team is deployed at the offshore development centre/ Test lab. The onsite team provides an interface with the client and coordinates the offshore work and executes tasks like:

The offshore team acts as an extension of the onsite project team and will be responsible for:
